Highlights in Gravity Flow v2.2.3

Workflow Cancelled Notification

We’ve made it easier to send emails when a workflow is cancelled. Just select “Workflow: cancelled” in the event setting in the Gravity Forms notification.

There’s no limit to the number of notifications you can send when the workflow is cancelled.

New Merge Tag for the Current Step

Gravity Flow administrators can now use the {current_step} merge tag to display information about the current step anywhere merge tags are supported, for example in notifications, outgoing webhooks, step instructions and field mappings in the update and new entry steps. The following modifiers are supported:  duration (time), expiration (date/time), ID, name (default), schedule (date/time), start (date/time) and type. Examples:

  • {current_step:duration}
  • {current_step:expiration}
  • {current_step:ID}
  • {current_step:name}
  • {current_step:schedule}
  • {current_step:start}
  • {current_step:type}
